She says: "At this point in my career & in my life, I've learned that nothing changes unless I make a change. When I spoke to you on the phone, I was very decisive because I knew that the only thing that could happen was I would come out of this learning something. And if that was the worst that could happen, imagine where my mind went with the best that could happen! I walk like a different women, I speak like a different women! I was about to turn to ashes because I was lacking passion and inspiration, because even the best companies in the world can become a little routine. And so now, I feel like if you're not sure if this is the right decision for you, I would say what other decision could you make that could give you a hope of a life that you want?
