The Founder.

Sam is a former farm boy & construction worker turned sales professional. His journey to success was riddled with many failures and sleepless nights living out of his vehicle as he desperately tried to uncover the path to financial independence and freedom. While work ethic and drive were instilled in Sam at a young age, he couldn’t seem to break through the barriers of the sales industry and achieve the life of abundance that he dreamed of.

Over the next several years, he became a sponge. He dedicated himself to learning and studying the some of the most influential sales & business leaders of today. Implementing ideas, and experimenting as he went, one by one he uncovered and fixed each problem holding him back from achieving what he set out to do.

That’s when everything changed for Sam. By combining his drive, work ethic, skillset, and newly acquired knowledge, his results exploded. He quickly rose through the ranks and became the #1 sales representative for a company in the construction industry, personally driving over $6 Million in revenue, and was awarded the key-man award.

His efforts helped to lead the company to breaking the $50 Million dollar mark and win its fourth consecutive appearance on the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies in America. This put them in an elite group along with the likes of Microsoft, Timberland, Vizio, Intuit, Chobani and Patagonia.

Shortly after, Sam walked away from this lucrative position to start the company Winners Circle Training to serve people and teach them the exact skills he developed to make this incredible transformation which changed his life forever.
